2. What is the duration of the exam?
A: The duration of the exam is 180 minutes.
3. What is the level you graduate with the exam?
A: You graduate at the Associate level.
4. What are the various languages in which the certification can be done? 
A: The certification can be done in English.
5. What is the cut-off or passing percentage?
A: The cut-off or passing percentage is 70%.
6. What are the types of questions asked?
A: The questions have single choice or multiple choice answers. The number of correct answers is indicated for each question.

7. What to study for the Field Service Management exam?
A: Go through the Exam Topics of the Field Service Management certification. These topics act as the blueprint for the exam, and the questions are sourced from these topics. Candidates need to know how to perform the tasks rather than just answer them theoretically.
8. What are easy tips you can have in your mind while giving this exam?
